Amid recent changes in Belarus energy sector, improved efficiency of refining and exporting oil products has become an extremely important issue. The Conference aims to highlight the most important issues for Belarus oil and gas sector - diversification and economics of hydrocarbons import and export, rationalisation nd implementing of new technologies in the refining sector, securing legal, financial and economical basis for effective functioning of Belarus oil and gas sector in the market economy.
The principal criteria for determining the efficiency of hydrocarbons transport as well as the rationale behind the search for and transportation of alternative sources of oil are economic efficiency and minimising financial risks. Information exchange among the global oil and gas industry can help improve this efficiency.
